About this Event
Celebrate the launch of WhoAmI.love with an afternoon designed to awaken presence, deepen connection, and honor the essence of who you truly are. This immersive gathering brings together community, sound healing, meditation, and Qi Gong—offered by three gifted facilitators: Jeffrey Morgan, Rachael Hardway and Paul Kaye —woven into a seamless journey of inner discovery.
This event begins with a community welcome, inviting attendees to mingle and connect in a warm and inviting space. We hope attendees will take this opportunity to settle in, meet fellow participants, and tune into the energy of the evening as we open the space together.
This afternoon will unfolder organically as the facilitation team takes you through the following guided experiences:
Guided Meditation with Jeffrey Morgan
Spiritual counselor and facilitator Jeffrey Morgan will lead “The Never-Ending Journey of Your Soul Meditation,” offering an experiential pathway into the infinite nature of your being and the subtle realms within and without.
Live Sound Bath with Rachael Hardway
As Jeffrey guides the meditation, sound healer and sound bath facilitator Rachael Hardway will create a live, responsive soundscape, harmonizing with the meditation experience to deepen your relaxation, clarity, and inner resonance.
Optional Sharing & Live Q&A
At the end of the meditation and sound journey, those who feel called are invited to share their experience and ask questions in a safe, supportive environment.
Qi Gong with Paul Kaye
Following this sound journey and Q&A, movement, mindfulness, and holistic wellbeing expert Paul Kaye will lead us in gentle movement, breath, and energetic alignment to help you center, ground, and reintegrate into your body consciousness.

We’ll conclude the day in a joyful celebration and community with an Ice Cream Sundae Bar and savory snacks provided by Cute Scoops LA—a delicious way to ground, connect, and savor this sweet moment together.

We provide a yoga mat, a blanket and eye masks. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything else that helps you relax.
