Family Constellations Workshop
Join us for an in-person experience that helps you explore family dynamics like never before! This workshop, led by Family Constellations expert Helena Gorka brings together people in a relaxed setting to uncover hidden patterns and heal relationships. Whether you're curious or seeking clarity, it's an impactful way to connect with yourself and others.
Many of our deepest challenges—addictions, depression, anger, financial struggles, or illness—often stem from hidden patterns of love and loyalty within our family, sometimes stretching back several generations. Family Constellation work helps uncover these unconscious dynamics and brings resolution through simple yet powerful soul movements and statements.
In a group setting, participants choose a personal issue to explore. Representatives from the group are intuitively selected to represent family members and are placed in what is called a “constellation.” As they stand in relation to one another, a “knowing field” emerges, allowing representatives to experience genuine feelings of the people they represent. This is not role-playing—no acting or guessing is involved. Representatives either share their experiences with the facilitator or respond intuitively from a deep, soul-level awareness.
Through this process, hidden dynamics are revealed and healing occurs. By honoring each family member’s path without judgment, the natural orders of love are restored, allowing strength, energy, and vitality to flow. Participants often leave with a profound sense of growth, a deeper connection to their ancestry, and the ability to move forward into a fuller, more empowered life.
