WHITE TARA BUDDHA IS A FEMININE BUDDHA, WHICH PRACTICE CONTRIBUTES TO LONG LIFE, POSITIVE ENERGY & WISDOM
2 levels of practice exist in Buddha's Teachings : Sutras & Mantras. On the basis of a good integration of Sutra's path, the practice of Mantra teachings give us the opportunity to progresse easily and quiclky on the path to Enlightenment.
In Tibetan Buddhist Philosophy, Tara Buddha is the feminine aspect of all Buddhas enlightened activities, acting for the welfare of all sentient beings. Similar to a loving mother, she represents the capacity to eliminate fears and dangers related to our own inner afflictions. More particularly, White manifestation of Tara represents 3 qualities : wisdom, long life and positive energy. The emporwent consists in the explanation and giving the authorization to make this practice to receive these benefits, through the meditation on White Tara and the recitation of her mantra.
Lama Samten is a great master in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. He studied and trained as a monk in Gaden Jangtse, one of the greatest Buddhist Monastic University, for almost 20 years. Since he completed his studies, he shares his knowledge and wisdom with everybody interested in Canada and Europe since 20 years.
It is a great and rare opportunity to receive these teachings on the way to practice a so powerful and awesome meditative technique. Lama Samten will teach us the way that this practice can empower us to our happiness, freedom and well-being until Enlightenment.
