- Events require minimum participation numbers to proceed.

- The Summer Evening APWASI Series at Vinoscenti Vineyards with Dr. Clinton Lee is also available for private group bookings for a minimum of 12 participants on selected dates and at select venues.

Event Minimums & Cancellation Policy
APWASI reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule an event up to three (3) days prior to the scheduled event date should minimum participation requirements not be achieved or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Confirmed attendees will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided at registration. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling initiated by APWASI, registered participants may choose one of the following options:
• Transfer registration to a future event date
• Receive full event credit toward another APWASI or VINOSCENTI Vineyards experience
• Receive a full refund of the event ticket purchase price
