Where Healing Begins is a two-hour, trauma-informWhere Healing Begins is a two-hour, trauma-informed healing workshop created for individuals impacted by sexual harm from multiple perspectives.
This space welcomes:
• Survivors of sexual trauma
• Friends, family members, and loved ones supporting a survivor
• Individuals navigating the complex pain of knowing harm occurred within their family
This workshop is not therapy, and no personal sharing is required. Participation is always optional. Attendees are encouraged to engage at their own pace.
What This Workshop Offers:
• A safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment
• Trauma-informed education centered on healing and wholeness
• Gentle guidance rooted in compassion, truth, and personal choice
• Built-in intermissions for rest, grounding, and emotional regulation
• Respect for privacy, boundaries, and lived experience
Attendees may listen, take breaks, step out as needed, or simply be present.
What This Workshop Is Not:
• Not group therapy
• Not a space for graphic storytelling
• Not a place for pressure, judgment, or forced participation
This workshop is designed to support the beginning of healing not to rush it.
Support resources will be provided.
