When the Body Speaks is a guided, participatory experience where you are invited to listen inward and let your body move in its own way. Through breath, gentle prompts and embodiment, we explore how emotion lives in the body and how movement can become a tool for presence, self-expression and inner knowing.
This is not a dance class. There is no “right” way to move. You may move small or expansive, still or flowing. Every body is welcome, and stillness is an option.
