What’s The Tea? A 90 minute workshop hosted by Calibrate Club x Véa Journal where we take you on a journey inward to reconnect with yourself and rewire your mindset to manifest your highest self in the year ahead.
Join us for an intentional workshop where we’ll sip ceremonial tea, journal, and help you deepen your self love to prepare for the beautiful year to come. In the first half, you'll engage in a tea ceremony and tea blending workshop where you can design your own tea blend with Tea Story. In the second half, expect neuroscience-backed journaling to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind and set intentions that align with your best self.

🌿 On the day
🕑 2:00–2:30 PM - Networking: Settle in, meet like-minded souls, and sip on curated teas that calm and awaken.
🍵 2:30–3:15 PM - Tea Ceremony: Experience a mindful tea ritual led by our Tea Master, exploring the art of Oriental tea brewing and tasting two signature blends of your choice. Then, craft your own personalised tea using EU-organic botanicals in a guided blending session.
🪞 3:30–4:30 PM - Journaling Workshop: Explore your Inner States with Véa and immerse yourself in a gentle journalling practice where you'll learn more about the patterns of thought and emotion shaping your mindset, and learn how to rewire them to gently step into your highest self for 2026.
