Racquel Harris is a Business Strategist and Human Resources Consultant at R. L. Harris & Associates, LLC. Racquel has more than 25 years of Executive level experience in Human Resources and earned two certifications in Human Resources and certification in Risk Management. Racquel is a graduate of Indiana University where she received a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Communication, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Purdue University. She is currently earning her PhD in Strategic Leadership. Racquel has a full and comprehensive understanding of how important training is to an organization.
