Join us for an insightful webinar on the Chartered Manager - Health and Social Care Degree Apprenticeship, where you'll gain an overview of the programme and details about our upcoming January 2025 Leeds cohort, suitable for Health and Social Care employers or managers in Yorkshire and the Humber.
A practice-focused leadership programme for early career leaders, this apprenticeship was developed with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), integrated with the NHS Leadership Academy Mary Seacole Programme.
The programme supports apprentices to apply what they have learned in their own workplace and aligns with the objectives of the NHS People Plan. Projects are agreed with employers to include live, real-world health and care scenarios, and focus on regional challenges and service needs.
