About this Event
In a world filled with noise, expectations, and outside influence, it can be difficult to still hear our own deeply held truths. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to happiness. We must know ourselves and what’s right for us, because we can build a happy life only on the foundation of our own values and strengths.
What I Know Is True is a powerful, reflective workshop designed to help participants reconnect with their inner voice and clarify the beliefs that shape their lives. This experience creates intentional space to reflect, and identify what feels steady and authentic within you.
What to expect- Through guided thoughtful dialogue, and interactive exercises, participants will explore the origins of their core values, examine how those influence daily decisions, and create a sense of authentic happiness. The workshop encourages honesty without judgment and curiosity without pressure, allowing each person to define truth on their own terms.
Participants will leave with greater clarity, renewed confidence in their inner wisdom, and practical tools for aligning their actions with what they know is true.
