A 5-Week Guided Inquiry into the Essentials of the Spiritual Path
Many sincere spiritual seekers spend years meditating, studying, and practicing — yet still sense something essential is missing.
This five-week contemplative journey is designed to radically reorient your understanding of reality, freedom, and what it truly means to live as a spiritual being. Using Swami Premodaya’s book What Every Spiritual Seeker Must Know as our foundation, we move slowly and deliberately through its core insights, allowing time not just to read, but to integrate, question, and truly understand.
Facilitators: Aden Sletta and Swami Sky work lovingly, gently, safely, and effectively to lead participants in Swami Premodaya’s original methods and practices of spiritual understanding.

Each week, participants will:
- Read four chapters individually
- Join a guided group discussion
- Explore the deeper implications of the material together
- Reflect on how these insights apply to real spiritual life — beyond ideals or concepts
This is not a lecture series or debate. It is a shared inquiry.
Weekly Focus
Week 1 — Introduction
A welcoming orientation to the course, with an introduction to the book, an overview of what will be covered, and time for questions.
Week 2 — Reorienting Reality
Life beyond death, Bizarro World, and what it truly means to be a spiritual seeker.
Week 3 — Living in Reality
Existential living, the end of control, spiritual science, and learning to trust your whole being.
Week 4 — Freedom, Risk, and Love
Absolute freedom, the end of comfort, and why other people matter most.
Week 5 — Action, Paradox, and Consciousness
How responsibility and Grace work together, how life is revealed as living relationship, and how the deepest deconditioning occurs through recognizing that all is Consciousness.
