In connection with International Women’s Day – 2026, we are organizing a special awareness programme titled “PoSH Law Awareness for Internal Committee (IC) Members – What Every IC Member Should Know?” on 10th March 2026 (Tuesday) from 02:30 PM to 05:30 PM at Tiruppur Exporters’ Association, Tiruppur.
This programme is designed to help HR professionals, IC Members, and organizational leaders strengthen their understanding of the PoSH framework, learn practical approaches to complaint handling, and build confidence in implementing the law effectively.
We are honored to have Mrs. N. Sabina, BE, MBA, Joint Director of Industrial Safety and Health, Tiruppur – II, as the Chief Guest for this programme. Her presence will bring valuable insights from the regulatory and governance perspective regarding workplace safety and compliance.
The session will be delivered by Dr.Inbaraj, a renowned PoSH Law expert and national-level trainer who has been conducting training programmes across India for corporates, educational institutions, and government organizations. With his extensive experience in workplace compliance, IC training, and PoSH investigations, Dr. Inbaraj is widely respected for his practical, case-based approach that helps organizations understand the law beyond theory and implement it effectively.
