Come see this original play written by Fritz Rumpel and directed by Lori Rumpel. It’s about the life of Susie King Taylor, for whom Calhoun Square was renamed in December of 2023. She published the only Civil War memoir written by a Black woman. Don and I are both playing multiple parts in the show and we would love to see you there. We have 6 performances, all of them at 7pm on Fridays and Saturdays. No Sunday matinee, I’m afraid. The dates are March 6, 7, 20, 21, and April 10 and 11. Sorry about the weird gaps, but that’s how it goes sometimes.
