Lindsey Verrill is an American avant-garde multi-instrumentalist from Dallas, Texas currently living in Austin, Texas. Probably best known for her work with experimental folk duo, Little Mazarn, Verrill’s new project, Whalerider, features only upright bass and her voice. Expect ambient tonal experimenations that will be perfectly matched for the unique acoustics of the Echo Bridge.
As if that is not enough, we are also happy to be showcasing the talents of local musician, Joey Reyes who is fresh off the launch of his first full-length album, “Spilling Open.” Joey Reyes is a cellist, composer, and creative technologist who has scored art installations, plays, and films. His live performances are enrapturing, described by the Austin American-Statesman as “simultaneously soothing and supernatural, and absolutely worth witnessing.”
As you know, the acoustics are what make the Echo Bridge such a unique experience. Some music sounds even better under the bridge and this certainly shapes up to be one of those shows. Save your spot today while we still have space. We look forward to seeing you there!
