The purpose of this forum is strengthen our community by igniting meaningful conversations about what it means to be an Asian-Canadian woman in Canada today.

How can we extract strength from our heritage while overcoming the pressure and obstacles of integrating into Canadian society?
What does it take can we gain meaningful professional advancement in the Canadian workplace?

And, what can we do to build communities that support and nurture the advancement of other Asian Canadians, especially women?
