Chelsea Elizabeth is the founder of Se'lah Sanctuary Spa, an integrative wellness space that bridges advanced aesthetic treatments with nervous system regulation and holistic healing.
and has worked in the aesthetics industry for over 17 years. Beginning her career at 21 and personally using injectables since 25, she has experienced nearly every facet of modern aesthetic medicine — from clinical treatments to holistic modalities.
She is also a mother, a business owner, and a woman aging in real time. After navigating breast implant illness and hypothyroidism, her personal healing journey reshaped her understanding of inflammation, nervous system regulation, and the long-term effects of aesthetic intervention.
In this lecture, Chelsea teaches the differences between structural treatments and regulatory therapies, the benefits and limitations of each, how stress and inflammation impact the aging process, and how to approach beauty with moderation and discernment.
