What to bring: Swimsuit, goggles, towel, water, and a smile (swim cap provided).
Details: Our official She Tris Training Partners, Without Limits Charleston, will be on deck helping participants understand and feel confident tackling the swim portion of the triathlon. Participants will learn and practice stroke techniques designed to help you feel stronger and more confident during the swim portion of the triathlon. Athletes will also have the opportunity to practice in the lanes and time themselves to better understand pacing for event day.
After the swim clinic, coaches will share tips for transitioning smoothly from swim to bike to run, including everything you need to know about setting up your transition area. You’ll learn what the “transition area” is, why it matters, and how to organize your space for a stress-free experience.Don’t miss this chance to practice, learn, and perfect your strategy before the big event!
Without Limits Charleston is also offering customized, discounted triathlon training for participants who want extra guidance and support leading up to She Tris I’On. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, build confidence, and connect with experienced coaches who are here to help you succeed.
