West Ham United Track Night

Whether you’re training for an upcoming race or just looking to improve your time, come and learn how to improve your running from Red Bull athlete Tom Evans, hear about the importance of nutrition from West Ham United’s first team coaching staff, and listen to the story of Wings For Life World Run Ambassador, Philip White, as we count down the days to Wings For Life on Sunday 4th May – all while our DJ blares out some tunes before we hit the track.

Make sure you also stick around for a post-run feed!

There will be designated pacers helping you try to run specific times on the track, or you are free to run at your own leisure.

This event is open to everyone aged 18+ and runners of all abilities are welcome.

Tickets are free of charge but limited, so make sure you secure your spot now!

Limited parking is available on site so we reccomend taking public transport to the event.

We will have bag drop and changing facilities, however all belongings are left at the owners risk. There are also a small amount of lockers available which are £1 return operated.

There will be a trained first aider on site.
