Make your heart a Curious Host!In this intensive and playful workshop we use the 4 chambers of your heart as a wheel that we bring in motion through different modalities. We will use rituals to integrate our experiences. The intention is to learn to trust that living and dreaming is the same thing.

“WellWork came together as a result of many years of working with wheels and circles both in my art work and facilitating groups. It is a compilation of many modalities, it is an Artistry.
The wheel around the Well offers infinite possibilities for exploration. Every WellWork session is unique. The freedom to use the themes in the questions participants bring, to create rituals, I feel brings the best of what I offer in this Artistry.
In WellWork we come together to collectively remember what we are part of and explore what is available to us. Our open hearts and curiosity, and the rituals and resources, guide us in this process. WellWork is about listening - remembering - connecting. We create rituals that help us to connect to our roots, to where we belong and to what it means to share our gifts. Through the cyclical teachings of the wheel of the 4 directions and the insights that unfold from the ‘Found in Transition’ wheel (81 symbolic-archetypal images that I painted) we make resources available that support and strengthen our place on the wheel of life."www.wellwork.info
About the facilitators
Santjes Oomen
Creator & Initiator of WellWork
Santjes is a holistic health practitioner who makes use of different modalities in her individual sessions, including therapeutic bodywork, cranial-sacral therapy, vibrational healing, and sound therapy.
Additionally, she has been teaching and using energy medicine since 1995 through her Spirit in Practice circles, where groups learn to integrate spirituality into their daily lives. Santjes expresses her fascination with the place where the physical and dream worlds meet through multi-media sculptures and paintings. In her creation of WellWork, Santjes’ many years of healing work and artwork come together.

Facilitator of Change
Felice holds an almost childlike delight, and excitement in her heart to share her deep insights into the symbolic wisdom of the Tarot. She demonstrates her twenty-five years of gained knowledge of Eastern and Western wisdom traditions in her teachings, her individual sessions and in the articles she writes.
Her guidance is focused on exploring areas that lie beneath the surface for a more complete picture to emerge, and intends to bring people home to their essential inner qualities so they can live and act from this place. Because real change comes from within.

Laika Buser
Prayala & Restorative Yoga teacher
Laika teaches a combination of active Pralaya Yoga and receptive Restorative Yoga techniques to people of all ages and walks of life, from young professional dancers to elderly folks with limited knowledge and capacity for movement.
Her academic background in literature and cultural analysis, and knowledge of storytelling, symbols and myth informs her movement practice. She uses movement to support people in rewriting personal stories that may be limiting, and transform them into nurturing narratives that allow for growth and a sense of freedom and resilience.
