About this Event
Building Mental Wellness Through Community Connection Circles
WellPOWER creates intimate community circles that foster trust, connection, shared learning, and mental wellness across generations. These guided sessions bring together Middle and High School students and their Circle of Care—parents, caregivers, educators, and mentors—to engage in meaningful conversations around mental wellness, communication, uncertainty, and life’s challenges.
Designed as an interactive, movement-based experience, participants will move together through a series of thoughtfully guided conversation prompts while spending time inside various partner spaces.
The experience is intentionally paced, allowing for moments of reflection, connection, and optional browsing within the stores.
Our small-group format moves beyond one-size-fits-all solutions, creating a safe, inclusive environment rooted in empathy, human connection, and shared presence.
