About this Event
Wellness Workshop
End your week by reflecting on the previous week and setting your intentions for the week ahead. I believe that how we end and start our week has a big impact on how the week will play out and how we are able to respond to any internal or external factors.
In this workshop, we will be focusing on grounding back into our own body and emotions. Settling into the thoughts and feelings that we may have been avoiding in order to allow our nervous system to settle back into the parasympathetic system. Allowing our body to come back to the rest and digest state will allow us to set our intention for the week with a much more positive energy.
