Work off your stress with punching and kicking! This class from Four Elements Fitness will feature kickboxing and fitness movements sure to channel your inner fighter and get your blood flowing. You will learn technical skills while also experiencing a good all-levels workout taught by a female instructor with 20 years of martial arts training. Wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes--no equipment or experience necessary! 👊🤼♀️🥋👊🤼♀️🥋
