Join us every Wednesday at The Lot at Creekside for 60- minute workout sessions with The Mind Body Soul Lab. Classes vary from Xtreme Hip Hop Step, LIT Pilates and Litness Fitness/ HIIT.

What to bring:
LIT Pilates: yoga mat
Xtreme Hip Hop Step: step boards will be provided, but if you have one, please bring your own
For all classes: a bottle of water, a towel to wipe off, appropriate shoes for working out
