Dance Sculpt: A 50min high-energy, heart-opening movement dance sculpt class designed to help you release stress, reconnect to your body, and move with joy. No experience required, this is not a choreo heavy class. Just a body, a breath, and a willingness to move.
Vin + Yin: A 60-minute grounding, strength-to-stillness yoga practice designed to help you unwind, regulate your nervous system, and land back in your body. No flexibility required. No prior yoga experience needed. Just a body, a breath, and a willingness to slow down.
The Welera Experience: A 2-hour journey back to your most vital self. Designed to take you from an active state of mind to a place of pure peace and relaxation. The perfect mid-week reset ritual BC YOU DESERVE IT.
