Mat Pilates Class With Maddie
Start the morning by grounding your energy and awakening your body. (Bring your mat — if you don’t have one, reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.)
Maddie is a certified Pilates instructor with nearly two years of teaching experience, specializing in both heated mat and reformer Pilates. Originally from Auburn, Washington, she recently relocated to Denver and is deeply passionate about health and wellness. In her free time, Maddie enjoys cooking healthy meals, exploring Denver on long walks, and staying active through Pilates and strength training at the gym.
Interactive Workshop: Rebecca Nizol
An interactive workshop led by Rebecca Nizol, guiding you through intentional reflection, value assessment, and realistic goal-setting for the year ahead.
Social Hour by Social Club
After hosting over 50 social experiences in the past year and a half - connecting thousands of women - Social Club is bringing that same energy into this new wellness chapter.
For women, community isn't just nice to have - it's essential. Research shows that strong social connections reduce stress, boost mental health, and create a sense of belonging that fuels both personal and professional growth. When women come together in authentic spaces, they find support, inspiration, and the reminder that they're not alone in their journey.
