About this Event
This is a guided wellness sauna experience for singles ages 45+ who want to meet people in a relaxed, low-pressure setting.
The evening begins with an extended Saunagus session, a Nordic-style guided sauna ritual led by a host. You’ll move through multiple rounds of heat, steam, music, and optional cold plunges, designed to help you unwind and feel at ease.
After the sauna, everyone gathers around the fire pit for relaxed hangs with tea, hot chocolate, and marshmallows. Conversation tends to flow naturally once everyone’s warm and settled.
To be clear, this is not “that kind of sauna.” This night is about warmth, relaxation, and wholesome energy only, with a focus on genuine connection. This is not speed dating and there are no forced icebreakers. Just a small, balanced group of singles sharing a genuinely nice experience, with a light-hearted date night bingo thrown in for fun.
