Join us for a 1-hour Fun Belly Dance & Rhythmic Healing Workshop that blends movement, mindfulness, and emotional well-being. This is more than just dance—it’s a journey of self-expression, confidence, and community.
When ancient Eastern yoga meets traditional Middle Eastern belly dance, a harmonious fusion of movement, mindfulness, and self-expression unfolds. No previous experience is needed.

Workshop Plan:
🔹 Warming Up & Intention Setting à Prepare your body and mind for movement.
🔹 Dance Technique à Learn foundational dance skills.
🔹 Social Dance à Engage in fun, interactive dance exercises.
🔹 Cool Down à Relax and restore with mindful stretching (Yoga mat).
What to bring:
