Welcome to Wellness Reset by SLO Pressed! Join us at SOL Pilates on April 18th, 2026 at 12:30 PM for a afternoon dedicated to movement, mindfulness, and community. We will begin with a 1 hour pilates class designed to help you reconnect and reset, followed by handcrafted Ginger Turmeric Shots by SLO Pressed and popular Favorite Matcha w/ oat milk by Tiny Cafe.

Take a pause from your routine and join us for a rejuvenating afternoon of connection and community — we can’t wait to reset with you!

• 16 oz Favorite Matcha with Oat Milk (Pre-Bottled by Tiny Cafe)

Info: Arrive at 12:20 for Check-In. Class will start at 12:30 PM.

Info: A full-body Pilates flow with an athletic edge. This class blends strength, control, and rhythm to keep things challenging but smooth. Expect a steady burn, intentional pacing, and a playlist that carries you through the work. We’ll end class with a cool down segment to allow your body to stretch out after all of your hard work. Breathwork paired with chilled tea tree towels will complete our full body reset so you leave feeling balanced and grounded.
