Welcome to Wellness Reset by SLO Pressed! Join us at Shindig Cider on February 21st, 2026 at 10:45 AM for a morning dedicated to movement, mindfulness, and community. We will begin with a 1 hour pilates class designed to help you reconnect and reset, followed by handcrafted bagels made by Gizzy's Glizzy's, and a refreshing Shindig x SLO Pressed Cider-Mosa or non-alchoholic SLO Pressed Pink Ginger Appleade (Apple, Lemon, Ginger + beet ~ special for Valentines Month). You must be 21+ to redeem your complimentary Cider-Mosa. The Pink Ginger Appleade will be available for those looking for a non-alcoholic option.

Enjoy house & jazz music from our live DJ, "brunch" aka bagels + cider-mosas, and connect with community inside Shindigs beautiful tasting room.

Info: Arrive at 10:45 AM for Check-In. Class will start at 11:00 AM.

Info: A full-body Pilates flow with an athletic edge. This class blends strength, control, and rhythm to keep things challenging but smooth. Expect a steady burn, intentional pacing, and a playlist that carries you through the work. We’ll end class with a cool down segment to allow your body to stretch out after all of your hard work. Breathwork paired with chilled tea tree towels will complete our full body reset so you leave feeling balanced and grounded.
