Michelle & Shawna invite you into a sacred healing space where breath, sound and Reiki weave together to support emotional release, energetic clearing and nervous system bliss.

This journey will include breathwork to ground, mantra to activate the heart and throat, sound healing to gently guide you to rest, Reiki energy clearing to restore balance.
