San Luis Obispo – Local Kids are Sleeping on the FloorThe Home Depot in San Luis Obispo is sponsoring a Sleep in Heavenly Peace Build Day February 21st and YOU can be a part of it!
SHP is an all-volunteer, community-driven organization that builds and delivers beds to local kids who don’t have one of their own — many even sleep on the floor. Despite thousands of kids ages 3-17 countywide in need, there isn’t a chapter in SLO County…yet!
You see, SHP doesn’t launch chapters – people do! This is your chance to:
- Learn how volunteers solve a real problem in their communities
- Experience the SHP build process firsthand
- Meet others interested in starting a chapter in SLO County
- Help spread awareness and inspire local action
� Families and kids welcome! Children under 16 must have an adult present at all times.
