WRAP® is used world-wide by people who are dealing with all kinds of health and life challenges.
We run regular WRAP® courses at the Recovery College, which aim to help you to;
- Discover simple, safe, and effective tools to create and maintain your wellbeing
- Develop a daily plan to stay on track with your life and wellness goals
- Identify what throws you off track and develop a plan to support you
- Have a plan and identify what supports you when things are breaking down or you are in a crisis
Wellness Recovery Action Plan® and WRAP was developed by Mary-Ellen Copeland, an author, educator and mental health advocate. In Leeds Recovery College our lead WRAP facilitators are accredited by the Copeland Centre and deliver the course content in line with their values and ethics.

Our courses are available to UK residents who live, work or study in Leeds.
Leeds Recovery College opened in 2019 and delivers a range of education and training courses that have been specifically designed to increase awareness and understanding of mental health, wellbeing and personal recovery.
Courses are co-designed and run by people with lived experience of mental health problems and health professionals, trainers and education providers.
Our courses are open to all adults who live, work or study in Leeds and you don’t need to be referred to the college to book onto a course. Simply enrol on the course or workshop that is of interest to you.
