Sculpt workout :
Sculpt is a dynamic pilates-inspired workout to the beat of the music. Sculpt uses resistance bands to strengthen and tone your whole body - with an extra emphasis on the glutes and core. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, you will surely feel the burn!
