Join us for the first Silent Inside Flow Disco in a new year! We are thrilled to have PMQ as our venue partner again.
Put on our glowing headphones and flow to curated music over Yoga Practice on the rooftop iof PMQ led by The Yoga Room Inside Flow instructor - Enting.

Music and teacher instructions will be heard through wireless illuminated disco headsets.
