Wellness Morning @ Faena (Art Basel Edition)
Join us for a morning filled with movement, mindfulness and cold plunging by the ocean on Sunday, December 8th, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Kelsey Rose willl be leading you through a 30 minute signature tone and flow followed by a 30 minute step & groove class by Grow with Jo, meditation & breathwork session with Agustina Caminos and optional cold plunging by the ocean to finish. All sponsors to be shared soon!
So grab your mat, put on your favorite workout gear, and get ready to sweat, stretch, meditate and plunge amidst the ocean views!

Location: Faena Hotel Miami Beach on the beach. Walk up 33rd street and head straight down to the beach (on the North side of Faena Hotel).
Parking: Valet parking at Faena Hotel or municipal lot 1 block north of Faena.
