About this Event
Come along for a gentle start to the day with some guided meditation and light stretching to ground and reinvigorate you midweek. The aim is to tend to tight muscles and reduce the dread in the day ahead.
You can expect a welcoming friendly vibe, suitable for beginners, especially if sitting still for a long meditation isn't your vibe!
Elements will include breath work, movement and stretching, but the sessions will be guided by the needs of the group and vary slightly each time.
This is a consent-guided practice
Wellness hour will start off our Co-working Day at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre, so you're welcome to stay and work on whatever you're working on after this morning reset.
About the facilitator:
Hannah (she/they) is a London-based yoga teacher and writer.
She completed her 200-hr YTT through MoreYoga along with a 50-hr CPD in Restorative, Yin and Meditation.
Their wellness approach centres on breathwork and gentle movement with guided meditation to leave students feeling grounded.
