An acupuncture and nutrition session to turbocharge your fertility.
Led by fertility experts Jess Kasriel (Nutritional Therapist) and Sophie Webb (Acupuncturist), this focused 1-hour session is designed to support your body, hormones, and nervous system - whether you’re trying to conceive naturally, preparing for IVF, or simply want to optimise your cycle.

- A pre-session health questionnaire so Jess and Sophie can get a full picture of your background and goals
- A 30-minute in-person consultation with both Jess and Sophie, where you’ll talk through what’s going on and ask anything you’d like clarity on
- A personalised 30 minute acupuncture treatment to support fertility, reduce stress, and restore balance
- A tailored nutrition consultation to fine-tune your diet and support hormonal health
- A 10% discount on your next session with either practitioner
