Welcome to the Wellness Film Fest Launch Day!
Come join us in central London for a day filled with inspiring films focused on health and well-being sessions by dedicated master practitioners. Get ready to be entertained, educated, and motivated to live your best life!
Our lineup includes :
12pm - warm welcome, check everyone has water bottles, change of clothes; and yoga apparel for class. journaling, prayer and meditation. We will provide mats, but bring your own if you wish.
1-2pm - restorative Yoga & Sound bath healing with Mighty Moe (Moga) and Afrolicious Mumma.
2-3pm - Lunch break: Raw Coconut served by The salad Vision £6 each. Complimentary vegan grazing platter to share.
3-4pm - Author to Author Talk : Dr Clare & Shocka talk emotional and mental wellbeing from their best-selling books “CLARITY” and “A SECTION OF MY LIFE”
4-5pm - 2 short films and Q&A with panel including a preview extract of “Skategoat”, Exec Produced by Gwyneth Paltrow
4-5pm - CLARITY Vision Board creation class.
6pm onwards - networking and DJ-ing by Afrolicious Mumma and Nutty P.
