As the weather warms up, five of the Tobin Center’s wellness partners will come together for an exciting enhancement to the 2024 Wellness at the Tobin program. Grab your yoga mat and dancing shoes and meet us at The Tobin on Saturday, April 13th from 9:00 am to 12 noon for Wellness Field Day. This is a unique opportunity to experience a variety of fun 20-minute exercise and wellness sessions and peruse offers from a variety of community organizations including Cryofit Alamo Heights, Sweat Equity, Stretch Zone, Green Spaces Alliance, and many more. After an invigorating session, enjoy refreshments in the Recharge Zone, a perfect way to bask in the delight of spring and celebrate being well!The format consists of a series of 5 concurrent, 20-minute sessions, each followed by a 10-minute break. This allows attendees, who would like to, have an opportunity to participate in each of the five activities.
