What is Wellness Festival?
A 2-day celebration of movement, mindfulness, and community at Port Olímpic — where physical, mental, and emotional experiences converge with a curated selection of sports and lifestyle brands, and the best healthy food and drinks in the city.
This is not a workout. This is not a party. It is something far more intentional: a festival built around the belief that feeling good is worth celebrating — and that the people who share that belief deserve a place to come together and connect.

☀️ Morning — Move & Breathe
The day opens with two of the most powerful activities: hit the waterfront with Running Club BCN for a 5K run along Port Olímpic, followed by a guided stretching cooldown — and step into Yoga & Breathwork, a grounding session designed to centre the body and quiet the mind.
🥗 Midday — Recharge
Between sessions, the Food & Recovery Area becomes the heart of the festival. Healthy bowls, fresh smoothies, matcha, coffee, and an edit of Barcelona's finest wellness bites — fuel designed to carry you through the afternoon with high energy.
🔥 Afternoon — Turn It Up
When the midday sun starts to dip, the programme shifts into its highest gear. Two sessions of Pilates, two sessions of HIT Boxing, and a Bachata class that will have you dancing whether you planned to or not. The afternoon schedule is built so you can do all three — and you should.
🌅 Sunset — The Only Way to End a Day Like This
As the light turns golden over the Mediterranean, the festival closes with the Sunset Energy Party — live music, collective movement, and views that remind you exactly why you live in this city. There is no better place to be at that hour.
