Join us for a refreshing morning of wellness, movement, and community in the beautiful setting of Cypress Grove Park, right by the lake. This informal gathering is all about reconnecting with your body, your mind, and your community.
Come dressed in your workout clothes and bring your yoga mat, cushions, or whatever makes you comfortable — we’ll spend the morning outdoors, moving, learning, and sharing together.
