About this Event

🌿 About Wellbeing Week

Wellbeing Week is a series of free, small-group retreats created to offer local people time, space, and support to rest, reconnect, and feel part of something shared.

Across the week, we’re holding tailored wellbeing spaces for different parts of our community, recognising that wellbeing is not one-size-fits-all. Each retreat is designed with care, accessibility, and nervous system regulation at its core, blending gentle movement, breath, mindfulness, and sound.

This week is about prevention, connection, and collective care. Creating spaces where people can slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with themselves and each other before the natural shift into spring.

You’re welcome to join one session or attend multiple across the week.

🌸 WILD HEARTS

A Wellbeing Retreat for Women

An afternoon to soften, strengthen, and come home to yourself.

Embodied Hearts is a nourishing retreat for women seeking space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with their bodies in a supportive environment.

This session balances gentle strength with deep rest, recognising the physical, emotional, and mental load many women carry.

What we’ll explore

This retreat offers women a soft, welcoming space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and one another. The session is held in a circle and weaves together mindfulness, gentle stretches, journaling prompts, and guided relaxation, allowing participants to arrive exactly as they are.

Using reflection cards and guided prompts, women are invited to share, listen, or simply be present, with no pressure to speak. The focus is on slowing down, releasing tension, and reconnecting with inner wisdom in a supportive group setting. This is a nourishing, heart-led space centred on care, connection, and collective support.

Why this space exists

Women often prioritise caring for others over themselves. Embodied Hearts creates space to rest, replenish, and reconnect with the body without pressure or expectation.

What you can expect to take away

Many women leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves, with a renewed sense of ease and clarity.

Closing the week together

Wellbeing Week gently closes on Sunday with an optional community gathering at Bay20 (W10 6JG) from 14:00 – 15:30.

All retreat attendees are warmly invited to join, and are more than welcome to bring friends and family if they wish, to spend time together, connect, and share the atmosphere. This is an informal, social gathering with conversation, laughter, and a community meal in the café.

Bringing a "Dish from Home” to share is entirely optional. This might be something you love and enjoy making, something familiar you’d happily share with others, or something new that represents you, your culture, or your story. A small offering, made or chosen with care. If you do bring food, please include a simple ingredients list so everyone can navigate dietary needs and allergies with ease.

How this has been made possible

Wellbeing Week has been made possible thanks to the generous support of .

Their funding enables Fiery Hearts CIC to offer these retreats free of charge, removing financial barriers and creating accessible, inclusive wellbeing spaces for the local community. We are deeply grateful for their commitment to supporting connection, preventative wellbeing, and opportunities for people to come together with care and intention.

🌿 About your facilitator

This session will be guided by Pamela Ali.

Pamela is a women’s circle facilitator and the founder of Pampering by Pamela, where she regularly holds spaces for reflection, connection, and collective care. Her work is centred on creating safe, welcoming environments where women can soften, share, and reconnect with themselves and one another. Pamela’s sessions are grounded, heart-led, and deeply nourishing, offering a sense of belonging and gentle empowerment.

📝 Booking & attendance information

All sessions during Wellbeing Week are offered free of charge and places are limited to keep the spaces calm, supportive, and well held.

If a session becomes fully booked, a waiting list will be in place. If you’d like to be added to the waitlist, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll be in touch if a space becomes available.

To help us prepare the space with care, we’ll send a short text message shortly before the session to confirm attendance. If your plans change and you’re no longer able to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel your ticket in advance so someone else can be offered your place.

Thank you for helping us keep these sessions accessible and supportive for everyone.
