Wellbeing Walk – Free Guided Walk with Move & Mingle
Join Our Wellbeing Walk with our Social Prescriber, Holly Nichols.
Enjoy a gentle, friendly walk through Cotgrave Country Park, guided by Duncan from the Ramblers Move & Mingle Wellbeing Walks.
This is a free community event, open to all, and is great way to enjoy some fresh air, gentle activity and good company.
The walk will last for roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes, and can be done at your own pace. Please wear weather‑appropriate clothing to ensure you’re comfortable throughout.
Come along to boost your wellbeing, connect with others, and enjoy the outdoors.
Meeting Point: Outside of the Rose and Crown Pub in Cotgrave, Main Rd, Cotgrave, NG12 3HQ
Exclusively for Rushcliffe 18 + residents registered with a Rushcliffe GP.
Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
