Join us for a relaxing and refreshing wellbeing session with Sowena Cornwall! This in-person event is all about taking time out to nurture your mind and body. Whether you’re looking to unwind, learn some new self-care tips, or just enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, this session is perfect for you. Come along, meet like-minded folks, and leave feeling recharged and happy!
Sowena Cornwall CIC, a community-focused organisation committed to inclusive and affordable wellbeing, will deliver a guided relaxation session exploring the five pathways of Nature Connection as part of the Spring Equinox Culture Festival. This 30–45 minute session offers attendees space to pause, breathe, and reconnect — supporting our high institutional priority around wellbeing through stress reduction, improved mood, and enhanced mindfulness. Open to all staff and students - requiring no specialist equipment, the session ideally takes place outdoors, creating a calm and accessible environment for reflection and renewal.
Location: Physic Garden located in Portland Villas (if it stays dry), RLB308 (if it rains).
