About this Event
Artmaking is proven to support positive mental health and wellbeing. The creative process transports people away from everyday stresses and worries, promoting relaxation, delight, curiosity, connection, a sense of achievement and wonder.
You don’t need any previous experience to join this workshop.
All materials will be provided.
Workshops will take place in the Community Workshop Space on the second floor which is fully ventilated with lots of natural light.
