Wellbeing 101 for Professionals Supporting People with Complex Needs

In person session - Above and Beyond Centre - 14A 532-534 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba

Supporting individuals with disabilities who exhibit challenging behaviours is deeply rewarding - but it can also be emotionally and physically demanding. Professionals including support coordinators, support workers, and frontline staff often face compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, and burnout, which can impact their well-being and the quality of care they provide.
This interactive 2-hour workshop is designed to empower professionals with practical tools to safeguard their own mental health while continuing to deliver high-quality support.
