Free workshops for individuals affected by breast cancer and other cancers. Priority is offered to people from the global majority, while remaining open to all participants.
Join us for an enriching six-week program designed to support your holistic well-being. These workshops are completely free and offer a safe, welcoming space to learn, relax, and connect with others.

Male and female cancer patients.

- Week 1 (Jan 10): Guest Inspirational Speaker
- Week 2 (Jan 17): Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Bath
- Week 3 (Jan 24): Breathwork and Poetic Meditation
- Week 4 (Jan 31): Healing Through Plants: Nourish,Restore & Thrive
- Week 5 (Feb 7): Non-Toxic Skincare Demonstration
- Week 6 (Feb 14): Breathwork & Light Stretches
