Join Julie Afsahi and Jessica Cross for a 75 minute immersive sound bath designed to support rest, renewal, and a fresh start for the season ahead. This experience blends gentle breathwork with crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and harmonium to create a calming, restorative atmosphere.
As spring begins to unfold, this session offers space to release the heaviness of winter and reconnect with clarity and intention. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to rest in sound.
