This gentle, supportive, two hour workshop is designed to help you understand anxiety in the body and the mind, and learn practical therapeutic yoga techniques to help manage your anxiety.You’ll experience therapeutic yoga practices to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and create a greater sense of safety and steadiness. The movements will be slow, accessible, and adaptable for all bodies and experience levels. No prior yoga experience is needed.
Consistent self-care is key to maintaining a regulated nervous system, so you’ll learn therapeutic yoga tools you can continue to practice on your own at home:
- A short, gentle, grounding yoga practice designed to reduce stress and overwhelm
- A simple breathing practice that supports relaxation and emotional regulation
- Practical yoga tools you can use anytime anxiety arises
This is a small-group experience, intentionally designed to feel unhurried and supportive. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace, take breaks, and listen to your body throughout the workshop.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your nervous system, practical tools you can use right away, and a sense of calm you can return to again and again.

Zelinda is a yoga therapist and the founder of Round Rock Yoga. She specializes in teaching yoga that comfortably and effectively reduces pain for people with all kinds of bodies. In addition to teaching at Round Rock Yoga, Zelinda teaches students around the world through her YouTube channel, Yoga with Zelinda.
