In this two hour, workshop you’ll learn how anxiety affects the body and mind and how therapeutic yoga can help you regulate your nervous system.
In the first hour you’ll experience a slow, accessible yoga practice designed to relax the tension in your body and calm your mind. This yoga practice is comfortable and accessible for all kinds of bodies, and no prior yoga experience is needed.
In the second hour you’ll learn tools you can use every day to help maintain a calm and regulated nervous system:
- A short, comfortable yoga practice to reduce tension in your body
- A simple breathing practice to focus and calm your mind
- Ayurvedic wellness tips to keep your body and mind healthy and balanced
