In the first hour you’ll experience a slow, accessible yoga practice designed to relax the tension in your body and calm your mind. This yoga practice is comfortable and accessible for all kinds of bodies, and no prior yoga experience is needed.
In the second hour you’ll learn tools you can use every day to help maintain a calm and regulated nervous system:
- A short, comfortable yoga practice to reduce tension in your body
- A simple breathing practice to focus and calm your mind
- Ayurvedic wellness tips to keep your body and mind healthy and balanced

Zelinda is a yoga therapist and the founder of Round Rock Yoga. She specializes in teaching yoga that comfortably and effectively reduces pain for people with all kinds of bodies.
