Weird Medieval Guys Pub Quiz
It's the first ever Weird Medieval Guys live event and we're so excited to see you! Olivia (admin of WMG) and Aran (co-host of the WMG podcast) have put together the definitive medieval-themed pub quiz to test your medieval knowledge. Whether you're a learned scholar, a travelling craftperson, or just a humble serf, it's 100% guaranteed to be great fun. Huzzah!
Ale (and other drinks both alcoholic and not) will be plentiful, costumes and thematic attire are STRONGLY encouraged, and we'll be passing out some (EXCLUSIVE, DISCONTINUED) Weird Medieval Guys stickers free of charge as a thank you for coming on down.
Medieval prizes will be awarded for the winning, second place, and third place teams, plus a few other surprise categories announced on the night :)
Teams
PLEASE NOTE: EVERYONE ON YOUR TEAM WILL NEED THEIR OWN TICKET! You can book together or individually. Due to seating restrictions, the maximum team size possible is 6 people. If you don't have a team, you're more than welcome to come on your own and we'll match you up with some buddies!
Food and drink
Snacks as well as full meals are available from the pub kitchen (including vegetarian and vegan options). The bar downstairs has all the drinks a good bar has! The Swimmer is a fantastic pub that relies on the custom of people like us to stay afloat (ha ha), so we ask that you please do not bring in any outside food or drink unless medically necessary.
Accessibility
The venue is accessed up a short flight of stairs. No elevator is available. Toilet access is via the landing on the staircase.
